In 2019, we were still "city people", living in Berlin (for about 10 years) when we discovered this unique isolated place.
Seeing the house in that state of abandon, badly increased our desire to bring it back to life and live a new chapter, different from the city life we had always experienced.
So we left beloved Berlin to move to this very peaceful place among the hills, being completely immerse in nature, with no cars, no noises but birds, forest animals, trekking/cycling enthusiasts and local wild cats, now domesticated.
That's the time we decided to start this new life project, which is: trying to make the Ruè the best place ever, for both you and ourselves! ☺️🌳
By trade, we are both doing what we like and this means plant/home decor retailer for Giorgia and a software developer/entrepreneur for Enrico, and of course: we're both also taking care of our 3800sqm of land for ourselves and the people that would like to come by and temporarily share a stay in the calm of a scarcely anthropized place.
We both live and work in this house, all the year round, since August 2020.
