Suitable for max 6 people*, our country home has an old charm, with a modern core. A subtle home-automation system and care for details will take care of all the modern comfort, while the eyes enjoy the story of typical architecture of the 18th century, in rural northern Italy.

Bedding and towels gets professionally cleaned with high temperatures, extra pillows, blankets and a camping bed for small guests, are available. Contact us for special needs, we might be able to accommodate.

Our beds are comfy and new, but for tall guests, we always communicate the size of them, which is:

for the most adventurous light-medium weights, we have 2 mezzanine beds (one in each room) reachable from small, wooden, DIY staircases.

we always include a light packed breakfast (tea, coffee, sweet snacks, juice, fresh fruit and milk)

we're remote-workers friendly, and in each room, there is a small desk to work at, with fast (300Mbps) and reliable wi-fi. Come enjoy your own workation retreat!

If you forget something at home, or if you simply want to have something, without driving too far, we have a small “suggestions App" where you will see a list of items/drinks/food for sale and all the the spots we suggests to go and visit/try.
In case we're home, we'll make sure to let you know about special events around the area! :)

an automated electric heater which can move around the room will take care of the temperature, even in the coldest of winters. For hot summers, the thick rocky walls will work as natural Air Conditioners.

In the rooms you're also going to have an armchair, a drawer, a carpet, a window, a mirror, window blinds and a night lamp. A cozy environment, to help you relax, in comfort.
We also have an “intranet" where you will be able to buy everyday items you might have forgotten, food and drinks.
Anything more needed? Don't be shy, just ask!

The shared taverna is a separated place, two floors downstairs from the guest private area, reachable through outside stairs.
Here you can have meals, enjoy some good wine or just spend some relaxing time. The door is always open and the kitchen usage is for guests only (we have our own). You will see us around here, making some coffee or working in the office room next to it.

Outdoors
Our countryside home offers a serene outdoor haven with breathtaking views of the hazelnut orchards and woodlands of the Alta Langa region. Guests are free to use and explore all the surrounding outdoor spaces, including various seating areas to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of this isolated countryside. Our resident cats add a touch of charm to the ambiance, and you're welcome to savor the peaceful atmosphere while enjoying some good local wines.

we like eating outdoor, so we have built about 4-5 outdoor dining spots. Some are more pic-nic friendly, some are have “cooking stations", some can host up to 20-30 people.

we have a “ooni karu 16" wooden, single-pizza oven which is capable of reaching 500°C. Perfect to have a fun experience with your loved ones or simply cook a couple of pizzas for lunch.

Nothing fancy, but of course we have a grilling/BBQ area, which also include the possibility to cook on a stainless steel griddle plate.

In case you're up for cocktails, we have an ice machine that will help you out with those Gin & Tonics and Margaritas!

Wanna have a walk in the woods, but you don't even want to change your shoes? Well, couple of short walks in the woods starts right from our properties. shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing" has never been so close!

(depending on availability and season) We can offer this, right in our woods! It might cost a little more, because it's going to be an exclusive experience, but we can definitely offer it, if you are interested.

(depending on availability and season) we have 2 e-MTB, that you can use. They have about 60km of battery autonomy.
